Our Italian Style Espresso Blend of 70% Arabica from the Sítio Corrego do Cavalo farm and 30% Canephora from Mr. Toi in Vietnam brings a bulky richness. Toi Nguyen produces world-class canephoras, or more precisely robustas, at his Future Coffee farm near Bao Loc. They are a stunner. Robustas with filter coffee characteristics are very rare - the Robusta guru Mr. Toi has been working on the finest Robustas for many years and is dedicated to growing coffee.
