This Geisha trio from Jorge Rojas from Planadas, Tolima (Colombia) shows how different a coffee can taste - depending on how it is processed.
Jorge cultivates his Geisha trees with the utmost care at an altitude of around 1,800 meters. The three lots were processed individually:
Washed: Clear, floral & citrus-fresh
Honey: Sweet, juicy & elegant
Natural: Fruity, funky & deep
