About this coffee
This coffee comes from Jorge Rojas, a passionate small farmer from Planadas, Tolima. On his Finca La Roca, located at an altitude of around 1,800 m, Jorge has been producing high-quality coffees with innovative processing and a clear focus on quality at origin for years.
The varieties used here - Caturra, Castillo, Variedad de Colombia and Catimor - were fermented in a 120-hour anaerobic natural process. This method produces a particularly dense, fruity cup that is reminiscent of red berries, dark fruits and boozy notes - intense, yet balanced.
Jorge is part of the ASOPEP cooperative, which stands for sustainable cultivation, transparency and knowledge transfer among small producers. His coffees have already won several awards - not least a top ranking at the Cup of Excellence Colombia.
A wild filter coffee with depth, funk and personality - straight from one of the country's most exciting producers.
